In the event that you are
not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns and
exchanges on any item (other than FINAL SALE or non-returnable items)
that is unworn and unused, with hang-tag intact, and in its original
packaging, and with receipt of purchase. This applies to any product
shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. 

To return your product, please contact us to
approve a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return
shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your
package. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior
return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for
returns/exchanges within 30 days of when item was delivered to you.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the
wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item
you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for
the new item. Otherwise, we will be happy to exchange the product and
resend the new item. Only the value of the returned item will be applied
to the exchange. You will be responsible to pay for any difference, if
applicable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and
let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember
it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund too.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such
as coffee), custom products (such as special orders or personalized
items), and personal care goods (such as face masks, etc.). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on select sale items or gift cards.

Any orders placed online will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. If
First Class shipping was selected, the shipment will be sent no later
than 5 business days from the purchase date plus the 2-3 day standard
shipping times. Priority is 1-2 days from fulfillment timelines
mentioned above.

Orders will typically be ready for pick up 2-3 days after the order has
been placed. Once fulfilled, the customer will receive an email letting
them know they can pick up.
