Q: When can I expect to receive my shipment/order?
A: Any orders placed online will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days. If First Class shipping was selected, the shipment will be sent no later than 5 business days from the purchase date plus the 2-3 day standard shipping times. Priority is 1-2 days from fulfillment timelines mentioned above.
Q: When can I pick up my order if I selected “pick up at store”?
A: Orders will typically be ready for pick up 24 hours after the order has been placed.

Q: I only received a partial order, when is the rest coming?
A: Please note, it might have been possible you ordered an item or size that was out of stock. If you did, the item would have stated the “Availability as “On Backorder”. All backorders may take 4-6 weeks for fulfillment. If an order included both available and backorder items, we will indicate the items included in the package and what’s on backorder on the packing slip included in the shipment.
Q: What do I do if my shipment is wrong?
A: We apologize and there are several options to rectify the situation.
- You can visit our Team Shop to exchange the merchandise.
- We can email a return shipping label for mailed return of your items. Once we receive your returned items, we will fulfill the correct shipment. While our stated fulfillment and shipping timelines posted on the website will still apply, we will try to do everything in our efforts to quickly fulfill your order.
